Welcome Shareholders!
As the new Chief Executive Officer, I welcome you to our website, and to the world of Vista International Technologies, Inc.
This is truly a company undergoing a positive transition, and having been a shareholder myself for several years, I am excited about our company's new direction and
future. I, along with my team, maintain a strong commitment to the renewable energy space.
Together, we are making tremendous progress toward becoming a significant player in the Waste-to-Energy segment of this growing industry.
As an experienced business leader, my management style is demonstrated through maintaining tight controls on costs,
maximizing revenues (currently through our Texas facility), and developing and expanding mutually beneficial relationships.
Additionally, we continue to invest our resources toward furthering the design of our Thermal Gasifier as we head toward
commercialization of this patented technology. Along the way, I seek to maintain a more "open" dialogue with our shareholders.
As such, there will be a series of announcements coming in the next few weeks as the company continues to execute its turnaround plan.
